I ordered a 100watt laser machine shipped to Calgary Canada and took a little over 5 weeks to get here, came in a wooden crate very well packed, it came fully assembled just needed to remove few little brackets and fill the chiller machine with water and hook up the lines and hook up the compressor, first fire up everything is working as it should… very please with my purchase.

My 6090 machine worked great and I was using it a lot then something happened,I had a problem with the control module so I contacted IEHK and they had me run through some tests to verify the problem and rushed me a new control module under warranty! and now I’m back to where I left off, I’m very happy with the prompt response and service

I have been extremely happy with the performance of the machine. The workmanship is excellent! Michael Tam, Sales Manager was extremely courteous and very kind and prompt in providing requested technical information ahead of time for me to study and watch the pertinent videos! I strongly recommend IEHK for any one who is thinking about buying a Laser Engraver.

I wanted to say “Thank you so much for sending me a replacement Laser Head Assembly that I received via DHL!” to Michael Tam, Sales Manager since I had mentioned to Michael that I potentially may have damaged the Laser Head since I could not stop the bed that was moving up and crashed into the Laser Head.
This is extremely pleasant experience and appreciate the help that Michael; has provided since I ordered the IE-6090 machine.
