Terms and Conditions
All sales of equipment and hardware are final. No returns or refunds are permitted. Any concerns must be handled under the terms of the applicable limited warranty.
Return requests for unopened consumable items (inks, film, powder) are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee at the manager’s discretion. Original and return shipping costs (if applicable) will also be deducted from the refund.
For returns due to customer error, voluntary returns, refused deliveries, or undeliverable addresses (i.e., reasons unrelated to incorrect, damaged, or defective items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued for unopened/unused items, minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs we incurred in both directions.
